Are We a Good Fit?

I’ve answered some standard interview questions to give you some insight regarding who I am and if I’m the right fit for you.

How long have you been selling real estate full time?

I’ve been an agent over 19 years. I have a passion selling and finding homes. I love meeting and working with clients and helping them live the American dream of owning or selling a home. I find it exciting negotiating the best deal I can for you!

How many transactions did you handle in the last calendar year?

Just over 52!

Have you ever been subject of a disciplinary action?

I have never been subject of a disciplinary action nor do I plan on it.

Are you a listing agent or a buyer’s agent?

I enjoy both listings and buying. Each poses different rewards and challenges. Doing both keeps me well informed and builds knowledge of the market. I also believe in diversifying my activities gives me an opportunity to give my past and future clients more of an edge.

Do you have a list of references to call and a list of testimonials? Can you have another professional real estate agent vouch for your business practices and integrity?

I am happy to provide a list of happy customers, REALTORS, loan officers and title companies.

What price range do you generally work in?

The majority of my sales have been between $180-$1,000,000. With a handful each year above and below that price range.

Do you have a network of other productive agents from other firms which you work with?

Yes

Do you attend training and technical update seminars above and beyond the local minimum standards?

All the time, I love staying on top of new tools in the industry and the ever changing laws.

What would you say are your strongest attributes as an agent?

I am Ambitious. I take pride in doing the best job I can for you and getting the best deal weather I’m finding your dream home or listing your current home. I will always following up after a showings or inquiries and report accurate, tactful and honest feedback, to buyers, sellers or their agents. As a potential seller it is so important to “be real” about the value of your home from the very beginning of the selling process. Over listing a home almost always results in frustration for all that is involved. Good advice as well as prudent problem solving skills from an educated agent is priceless.

What is your list price to sell price ratio?

98%

Do you provide feedback from agents?

Always, typically in email from within a day or two of the showing. I stay in Weekly contact with all my sellers and more if needed.
