My husband and I had a great experience working with Sarah. I am very hands-on, so I found the houses I wanted to look at myself. However, I do appreciate that she never pushed me to raise my budget, and really paid attention to what I liked/disliked. When touring, she was very honest about issues she spotted, commenting on the ease or difficulty of making certain changes, and recommending what we may be able to negotiate on. As a first time home buyer, I needed a realtor to guide me through the process, and she did that very well. Sarah is very personable and friendly, was great to bounce ideas around with, she listened, and she always responded to everything very quickly. She made sure we were first in line for the house we wanted when another buyer's loan didn't work out, and was on top of all of the paperwork and to-do's.
